How to Reactivate Your Account and Pay Your Membership Fee
We understand that navigating a new website can be challenging, and we’re here to help you every step of the way. Our goal is to make sure you can easily reactivate your account and enjoy all the wonderful new content we have to offer.
Follow these simple steps below, to reactivate your account and get back on track.

Step 1. – Click sign in
Go to the website, then click the Sign in button, in the top right hand corner. – See image below.
Step 2. – Resetting Password
You will now see the Login Page. On this page, is a link to click, which will help you reset your password. Click the words which say Lost Password? – See image below.
Step 3. – Use your email to begin
Enter your email address in the field below. Once typed in, click the button Get New Password. You will be sent an email with futher instructions. Keep this webpage open – See image below.
Step 4. – Confirmation email
You will receive an email that looks like the image below. Please take note of your Username, then click the blue link Click here – See image below.
Step 5. – Making your new password
After clicking on your email, you will be directed back to the website. You will see two fields, where you will enter the same password, twice. You must enter it twice, as a way to check the password is correct, avoiding any potential typos.
Your new password will only be accepted, if it has a minimum of 10 letters and have a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, with some numbers and symbols.

Step 6. – Logging in with your new password
Congratulations on resetting your password and login. Now, you will be able to enter your email and new password, to access the website. If your browser asks to save your password, it is a good idea. This is a safe option. – See image below.
Step 7. – Select your membership
You now need to activate your membership. Simply click on the membership plan and your relevant country, from the list below. – See image below.
Step 8. – Enter your details to complete your membership
You have reached the final step. Simply fill in your details below, enter your payment method, and Submit. – See image below.
